순위는 무엇으로 정해지나요?
온라인 대결에서 이긴 횟수로 정해지며 Apple Game Center 순위표를 사용합니다. 혼자 도전, 둘이 하기, 근처 대결은 순위에 들어가지 않습니다.
옆에 있는 친구와 각자 기기로 하고 싶어요.
홈의 '온라인·근처 대결' > '근처 친구와 하기'에서 한 명이 '방 만들기', 다른 한 명이 '참여하기'를 누르고 방을 고르면 바로 시작합니다. 같은 Wi-Fi나 Bluetooth로 이어지며 인터넷과 Game Center 로그인은 필요 없습니다. 두 기기 모두 1.2.0 이상이어야 합니다.
친구의 방이 보이지 않아요.
iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 로컬 네트워크에서 BingoBoo가 켜져 있는지, 두 기기의 Wi-Fi나 Bluetooth가 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 방장이 방을 연 채로 화면을 켜 두어야 목록에 보입니다. 대결 중 연결이 끊기면 30초 동안 다시 이어 보고, 이어지지 않으면 그 판은 기록하지 않습니다.
온라인 대결이나 순위가 '준비 중'으로 보여요.
1.1.0부터 열립니다. App Store에서 앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트해 주세요.
게임 기록이 사라졌어요.
기록은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기록도 지워지고, 다른 기기로 옮겨지지 않습니다.
소리가 안 나요.
앱의 설정에서 배경음악·효과음이 켜져 있는지, 기기가 무음 모드가 아닌지 확인해 주세요. 무음 모드에서는 소리가 나지 않습니다.
언어를 바꾸고 싶어요.
앱의 설정 > '언어'에서 시스템·한국어·English·日本語 중 고를 수 있습니다. 바로 적용됩니다.
광고를 없애고 싶어요.
앱의 설정 > '광고 없이 하기'에서 광고 제거를 한 번 구매하면 모든 광고가 사라집니다. 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다.
광고 제거를 샀는데 광고가 보여요. / 기기를 바꿨어요.
구매할 때와 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 앱의 설정 > '구매 복원'을 눌러 주세요. 가족 공유로는 나눠 쓸 수 없습니다.
맞춤 광고를 끄고 싶어요.
iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 BingoBoo의 추적 허용을 끄면 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 표시됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고하세요.
Tap Online & Nearby on the home screen, then find a random rival or invite a Game Center friend. Each player sets up a board, then you take turns calling numbers. You'll be notified when it's your turn, and you have 72 hours per turn. If time runs out, it counts as resigning. Online play needs an Apple Game Center sign-in, which you can do in iOS Settings > Game Center.
How are rankings decided?
By the number of online matches you win, on an Apple Game Center leaderboard. Solo, Duo and nearby games are not ranked.
How do I play a friend next to me on our own devices?
On the home screen, tap Online & Nearby > Play with someone nearby. One player taps Make a room, the other taps Join and picks the room, and the match starts right away. You connect over the same Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, with no internet or Game Center sign-in needed. Both devices need version 1.2.0 or later.
I can't see my friend's room.
Check that BingoBoo is on in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network, and that Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is on for both devices. The room shows in the list while the host keeps it open with the screen on. If the connection drops during a match, the app tries to reconnect for 30 seconds; if it can't, that match is not recorded.
Online or Rankings say "coming soon".
They open in version 1.1.0. Please update the app on the App Store.
My game records are gone.
Records are stored only on your device. They are erased when you delete the app and do not move to other devices.
There is no sound.
Check that Background music and Sound effects are on in the app's Settings and that your device is not in Silent mode. The app is silent in Silent mode.
How do I change the language?
In the app, go to Settings > Language and choose System, 한국어, English or 日本語. The change applies immediately.
How do I remove ads?
In the app, go to Settings > Play without ads and buy Remove Ads once. All ads go away. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads. / I got a new device.
Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, then tap Settings > Restore Purchase in the app. The purchase can't be shared through Family Sharing.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
In iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, turn off tracking for BingoBoo. You will then see non-personalized ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
