무료로 어디까지 쓸 수 있나요?
두 기관 모두 처음 50자(어문회 8급, 대한검정회 8·7급)와 다음 급수 맛보기 5자는 쓰기·퀴즈·모의시험·보호자 리포트까지 모든 기능을 무료로 쓸 수 있어요. 나머지는 평생권으로 열려요. 평생권은 한 번 결제하는 인앱 구입이고 구독이 아니에요.
모의시험 점수가 실제 시험 점수와 같나요?
모의시험은 두 기관의 공식 문항 구성을 따르지만, 앱이 4지선다로 낼 수 있는 유형(훈음·독음·뜻풀이·필순)만 내요. 반의어·한자 쓰기처럼 빠진 유형은 결과 화면에 적어 드리니 교재로 챙겨 주세요. 대한검정회는 유형별 문항 수를 공개하지 않아 앱이 정한 비율로 내요. 실제 기출문제는 싣지 않아요.
형제도 같이 쓸 수 있나요?
한 iPad에서는 학습자를 여러 명 만들어 각자 공부할 수 있어요. 평생권은 가족 공유를 지원해 가족 그룹의 다른 기기에서도 쓸 수 있어요. 다만 공부 기록은 iPad마다 따로 저장돼요.
평생권을 샀는데 열리지 않아요.
보호자 화면 → 설정 → 평생권의 '구매 복원'을 눌러 주세요. 가족 공유로 받은 경우 구매한 분과 같은 가족 그룹인지 확인해 주세요. 아이 계정에서 구매하면 보호자 승인(구매 요청)이 끝난 뒤에 열려요.
환불하고 싶어요.
App Store 결제는 Apple이 처리하므로 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청해 주세요. 환불되면 다음 급수가 다시 잠기지만, 이미 배운 글자의 복습은 계속할 수 있어요.

'보호자' 탭을 누르고 곱셈 문제의 답을 입력하면 열려요. 보호자 탭을 벗어나거나 앱을 나가면 다시 잠겨요.
다른 iPad로 기록을 옮길 수 있나요?
기록은 iPad 안에만 저장돼 다른 기기로 바로 옮겨지지 않아요. iPad를 바꿀 때 iCloud 백업으로 복원하면 기록도 함께 돌아와요.
공부 알림이 오지 않아요.
보호자 화면 → 설정에서 학습자의 공부 알림 시각을 골랐는지, iPad 설정 → 알림 → 쓱쓱한자에서 알림이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요.
어문회·대한검정회에서 만든 앱인가요?
아니요. 쓱쓱한자는 두 기관과 관련 없는 독립 앱이에요. 급수 배정 한자와 출제 기준은 두 기관이 공개한 자료를 참고했어요.

Yes, you can write with your finger. The first time you write with Apple Pencil, Pencil-only input turns on automatically so a resting palm doesn't draw; you can turn it off in the parent area → Settings.
I think I wrote it correctly, but it says I'm wrong.
The App checks stroke order, direction, and position. Korea has no official standard stroke order, so some characters are taught differently in different textbooks; for those, both orders are accepted. If a correct stroke is still rejected, email us the character and which stroke it was.
What is free?
For both exam organizations, the first 50 characters plus a 5-character preview of the next level are free with every feature, including writing, quizzes, mock exams, and the parent report. The rest unlocks with the lifetime purchase, a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription.
Is the mock exam score the same as the real exam score?
Mock exams follow each organization's official question mix but include only the types the App can ask as multiple choice (meaning and sound, word reading, word meaning, stroke order). Types left out, such as antonyms and character writing, are listed on the result screen so you can study them from a workbook. Daehan Geomjeonghoe doesn't publish its mix by type, so the App sets the proportions. No actual past exam questions are included.
Can siblings use it?
You can create several learners on one iPad, each studying on their own. The lifetime unlock supports Family Sharing, so it works on other devices in your family group too. Study records, however, are stored separately on each iPad.
I bought the lifetime unlock, but it isn't unlocked.
Tap Restore Purchases in the parent area → Settings → Lifetime. If you received it through Family Sharing, check that you're in the same family group as the purchaser. Purchases made from a child account unlock after the parent approves the Ask to Buy request.
I'd like a refund.
App Store payments are handled by Apple, so please request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. After a refund, further levels lock again, but your child can keep reviewing the characters already learned.
How do I open the parent area?
Tap the 보호자 (Parent) tab and answer the multiplication question. It locks again when you leave the parent area or the App.
Can I move records to another iPad?
Records are stored only on the iPad and don't move to other devices directly. If you restore a new iPad from an iCloud backup, the records come back with it.
Study reminders don't arrive.
Check that a reminder time is set for the learner in the parent area → Settings, and that notifications are on in iPad Settings → Notifications → 쓱쓱한자.
Is this app made by the exam organizations?
No. SseukSseuk Hanja is an independent app not affiliated with the Korean Language Society or Daehan Geomjeonghoe. The character lists and exam formats are based on materials the two organizations publish.
