요약과 태그가 만들어지지 않아요.
세 줄 요약과 태그는 Apple Intelligence를 지원하는 기기에서 Apple Intelligence가 켜져 있을 때 기기 안에서 만듭니다. 꺼져 있거나 지원하지 않는 기기에서도 가격·날짜·주소와 분류는 그대로 적습니다. 상태는 앱의 설정 > 분석에서 볼 수 있습니다.
인스타그램이나 X 링크는 제목만 저장돼요.
인스타그램, 스레드, 페이스북, X(트위터), 틱톡은 로그인해야 본문이 보여 앱이 본문을 읽지 않습니다. 제목과 대표 이미지만 저장하고 어느 분류에 넣을지 물어봅니다.
분류에 자동으로 들어가지 않아요.
앱은 확신이 충분할 때만 이름이 어울리는 분류에 넣고, 애매하면 저장 카드에서 어디에 넣을지 묻습니다. '자동으로 넣기'를 끈 분류에는 넣지 않습니다. 분류 이름과 자동으로 넣기는 앱의 설정 > 분류 관리에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
링크를 실수로 지웠어요.
지운 직후 위에 나오는 알림의 '실행 취소'를 누르면 돌아옵니다. 알림이 사라진 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
플러스를 사면 무엇이 달라지나요?
한 번 결제로 계속 쓰는 상품입니다(구독 아님). 목록 광고와 저장 후 전면 광고가 사라지고, 아카이브, 공책 꾸미기(종이 6가지, 종이 색 8가지, 펜 잉크 8색, 메모 글씨체 6가지), 링크 내보내기(JSON·CSV)를 쓸 수 있습니다.
플러스를 다시 받고 싶어요 (다른 기기, 다시 설치).
같은 Apple 계정으로 앱의 설정에서 '구매 복원'을 누르세요. 플러스 화면 아래의 '구매 복원'도 같습니다. 환불은 Apple에 요청할 수 있습니다(reportaproblem.apple.com).
아카이브가 안 돼요.
아카이브는 플러스 기능이며, 로그인해야 보이는 페이지와 영상은 아카이브할 수 없습니다. 실패한 링크는 상세에서 '다시 시도'를 누르세요. '사진은 Wi‑Fi에서만'을 켜 두었다면 셀룰러에서는 사진 없이 글만 아카이브됩니다. 아카이브가 차지하는 용량은 설정 > 플러스 > 아카이브에서 보고 모두 지울 수 있습니다(링크는 남습니다).
다른 기기와 링크를 맞추려면 어떻게 하나요?
링크, 메모, 분류, 정보 칸, 태그, 형광펜, 대표 이미지는 내 iCloud에 저장되어 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 기기끼리 자동으로 맞춰집니다. 로그인이나 결제는 필요 없습니다. 맞춰지지 않으면 iPhone의 설정 앱 › Apple 계정 › iCloud에서 링크공책이 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. 상태는 앱의 설정 > iCloud에서 볼 수 있습니다. 아카이브(플러스)의 본문과 사진은 iCloud로 넘어가지 않고 기기마다 따로 저장되니, 다른 기기에서는 그 기기에서 다시 아카이브하세요. 앱을 지웠다가 다시 설치해도 iCloud에 있는 링크는 돌아옵니다. 플러스의 '링크 내보내기'로 JSON이나 CSV 파일을 만들어 보관할 수도 있지만, 지금 버전에는 그 파일을 앱으로 다시 불러오는 기능이 없습니다.
앱을 Face ID로 잠그고 싶어요.
앱의 설정 > 보안에서 'Face ID로 잠그기'를 켜세요. 앱을 열 때와 다른 앱에 다녀올 때 확인하며, Face ID가 안 되면 기기 암호로 열 수 있습니다. 기기에 Face ID·Touch ID나 암호가 없으면 켤 수 없습니다.
광고 동의를 바꾸고 싶어요.
동의가 필요한 지역(유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스 등)에서는 처음에 Google의 동의 양식이 나옵니다. 선택은 언제든 설정 › 광고 › 광고 개인정보 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다(동의가 필요한 지역에서만 보이는 줄입니다). 자세한 내용은 개인정보 선택 사항을 참고하세요.

After tapping Share, tap More at the end of the row of apps and add Link Notebook to your Favorites. It then appears near the front of the row. Inside the App, you can save with Add Link on the home screen, or with Paste on the banner that appears when you've copied a link.
The price or date is missing or wrong.
The App only writes down what the page states. It can't read content behind a login or text inside images. Tap a field in the link's detail view to fix it, or fill in an empty one yourself. If the analysis failed, tap Try Again in the detail view.
No summary or tags are created.
The three-line summary and tags are made on your device when Apple Intelligence is supported and turned on. Without it, the App still writes down prices, dates, addresses and the category. You can check the status under Settings > Analysis in the App.
Instagram and X links only save a title.
Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X (Twitter) and TikTok show their content only after login, so the App doesn't read the page body. It saves the title and main image and asks which category to use.
Links aren't going into my categories automatically.
The App files a link in the category whose name fits only when it's confident enough; otherwise it asks you on the save card. Categories with Auto-file turned off are skipped. You can change category names and Auto-file under Settings > Manage Categories in the App.
I deleted a link by mistake.
Tap Undo on the notice that appears right after you delete it. Once the notice is gone, it can't be undone.
What does Plus include?
It is a one-time purchase that you keep (not a subscription). The ads in the list and after saving go away, and you get Archive, notebook styles (6 papers in 8 colors, 8 ink colors and 6 handwriting fonts for notes) and Export Links (JSON and CSV).
How do I get Plus back on another device or after reinstalling?
With the same Apple Account, tap Restore Purchases in the App's Settings. The Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the Plus screen does the same. Refunds can be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A page wasn't archived.
Archive is a Plus feature, and pages that require login and videos can't be archived. For a link that failed, tap Try Again in its detail view. If Photos on Wi‑Fi only is on, pages are archived without photos over cellular. You can see how much space archives use, and remove them all, under Settings > Plus > Archive (your links stay).
How do I keep my links in sync across devices?
Links, notes, categories, fields, tags, highlights and main images are stored in your own iCloud and sync automatically across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. No login or purchase is needed. If they don't sync, check that Link Notebook is turned on in the Settings app › Apple Account › iCloud on your iPhone. You can see the status under Settings > iCloud in the App. The text and photos of archives (Plus) don't go to iCloud and are stored separately on each device, so archive pages again on your other device. If you delete and reinstall the App, the links in iCloud come back. With Plus, Export Links also creates a JSON or CSV file you can keep, but the current version can't import that file back into the App.
How do I lock the App with Face ID?
Turn on Lock with Face ID under Settings > Security in the App. It asks when you open the App and when you come back from another app, and you can use your device passcode if Face ID doesn't work. It can't be turned on if your device has no Face ID, Touch ID or passcode.
How do I change my ad consent?
In regions where consent is required (EEA, UK, Switzerland and similar), Google's consent form appears at first. You can change your choice at any time under Settings › Ads › Ad Privacy Settings (this row appears only in regions where consent is required). See Privacy Choices for details.
